Contact UsClear Aligner Therapy
Our practice offers Invisalign First for Phase I treatment, Invisalign Teen, and Invisalign Adult. Invisalign is often the preferred choice for clear aligner therapy, as it’s well-known for its ever-advancing technology and comfortable clear aligners.
Clear aligners can gently shift the teeth into straighter positions quickly and effectively, all while being virtually unnoticeable to others. Patients must wear their aligners as often as possible so that each tray has enough time to move the teeth properly, but they must be removed before eating, so patients do not have to worry about any food restrictions.
Ceramic Braces
Ceramic braces are applied over the front of the teeth just like metal braces, but the brackets that are used are made of a clear ceramic material. Ceramic braces are an excellent choice for patients who want a less noticeable orthodontic option but still want the benefits of conventional braces. Patients who choose ceramic braces should be mindful of the fact that clear brackets are slightly more prone to staining, meaning they need to be cleaned extra thoroughly.
Metal Braces
Metal braces are often what comes to mind when patients hear the word “braces.” Fortunately, the awkward, clunky metal braces of the past have been replaced with modern metal braces, which are far more sleek and comfortable to wear. Metal braces work well for patients who have more complicated orthodontic issues that can’t be easily treated by clear aligners. They are also an excellent choice for those who do not want to keep track of removable clear aligners.
Early Orthodontics
Sometimes, addressing orthodontic issues in two different phases is a better option for a patient and will result in less invasive orthodontic work being required down the road. Palatal expanders, for example, can widen a patient’s arch and allow all of their teeth to fit comfortably. If this doesn’t happen, a more invasive treatment, like having one or more teeth extracted, could become necessary instead. Once phase one is complete, phase two should be easier, quicker, and more comfortable than it would have been otherwise.
Custom Retainers
Once your orthodontic treatment is complete, a custom retainer will need to be used to keep your teeth perfectly in place. If at any point your retainer becomes lost or damaged, please contact our office as soon as possible for a repair or a replacement, as going too long without a retainer can result in the teeth shifting too far out of place and additional orthodontic treatment becoming necessary. We want the results of your treatment to last a lifetime!
Professional Teeth Whitening
What better way to enhance your newly straightened smile than with a professional teeth whitening treatment? Our office creates custom trays and utilizes highly effective whitening gel to provide patients with the bright, consistently white smile that they’re looking for. We can help you determine the precise shade of white you need to achieve a beautiful yet very natural-looking smile.
